Tying upTying up for Lunch, Emergencies, etc. What a real problem this can be. Out on the moor it is very hard to find places to stop for a break. It is not in the least relaxing with a horse tying you up in knots and trying to stand on your toes. We have tried to show on the maps where it is possible to find somewhere to tie up and good picnic spots and jolly useful they are. Please let us know if you know of others. Some pubs provide tie rails and when used with Baler cord to break in emergency then these can be ok. But beware of tie rails with overhanging shaped end as your lead rope will get tied around it. |
